The manhole feature connects two or more pipes and controls the flow of water in the network through pipe elevations. Based on the ESRI Local Government Information Model, modified as seen fit to meet our needs and the needs of our clients in order to store, manage, and display geographic data. Data is 1.) Collected using mapping-grade GPS receivers on the Ohio Department of Transportation's VRS RTK network, and/or 2.) Digitized based on best available references.<\/SPAN><\/P><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/DIV>",
